In recent years, with the university enrollment, higher education in China has been "elite education" gradually to "public education." The graduate non employment problem has become a heated discussion in the society. Although there are many researches on the quantity problem of the graduate employment, there is few on the quality. However, the quantity problem of the graduate employment is the surface of employment issue, the problem of quality is under the surface. Therefore, the quality and influencing factors of employment is particularly important.Employment quality is reflected in the availability of employment opportunities, job prestige, dignity, equality and personal development opportunities, working conditions, and others have integrated the concept of satisfaction, it is difficult to give it a broad definition, but can through a variety of indexes integrated whole to reflect. This offers a quality of employment index system includes geographic, nature, size, reputation, prospects, benefits, professional major 8 indexes, and using AHP and Expert score to determine the proportion of the various parts.In this study, this paper use of the cross-analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis and other methods to verify the student human capital factors (gender, English proficiency, professional, school practice, English standards), social capital (parent mother's occupation, household registration) and quasi-professional visualize (positive emotions, negative emotions and self-efficacy) and their interactions on job quality, through the collation and analysis of questionnaire data. The results showed that: student human capital factors influence the quality of employment, mainly in English, achievement and practical experience and English was most significant. Quasi-professional visualize have a major impact to employment, positive emotion and negative emotion is not significant, but the human capital and positive emotional interaction effect the quality of employment significantly. Social capitals, especially parents'career have a major impact on the students'employment.
