As mental health maintenance has become the focus of attention of the community,peer psychological mutual aid,as a new form of mental health education,has also been recognized by more and more people.All kinds of schools at all levels have tried to use peer psychological mutual aid model to carry out the school's mental health education.How to effectively carry out peer psychological mutual aid to promote the mental health of ordinary senior high school students is not only important,but difficult.At present,the research results of it are few,and mostly stay in the process of description and confusion on the presentation.Consequently,this article with Shuxin Workshop of F senior high school as an example,intends to explore an effective and practical team construction model of peer psychological mutual aid in ordinary senior high schools,focusing on the concept,model,feedback and evaluation in team construction.Through the literature research,the paper first clarifies the connotation and advantages of peer psychological mutual aid,and analyzes the theoretical basis of humanism,social learning and group dynamics.Then,with the case of Shuxin workshop,this paper makes a series of research on the background,purpose,process and activities of the workshop by means of questionnaires,individual and group interviews,case studies and action research,proves the work's effectiveness from the four groups— students,teachers,schools and society.The results show that the mental health of the students is improved in all aspects through the effective operation of Shuxin workshop.The teaching and managing work of the teachers is much more effective.School moral education is enhanced and it has a positive effect on society.But in the process,there are some shortcomings of the workshop: lack of distinctive school-based features,comprehensive system rules,complete training content,flexible forms of activities,real-time contact supervision and effective peer evaluation.So finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the localization of the program,the institutionalization of the guarantee,the systematization of the training,the diversification of the activities,the rigorization of the supervision,the integration of evaluation,so as to improve the mental health of ordinary senior high school students.
