The survival and development of college athletes after graduation are directly related to their vital interests in the coming decades.At the same time,the development of college athletes after graduation is directly related to the ideological status of college athletes and the team building.The development of high level basketball in colleges and universities lies in the growth of individual athletes,athletes have good athletic ability and stability of the training competition to the high level of basketball team building.The intensification of the contradiction between study and training and the worrying situation of the employment situation of high-level athletes have seriously affected the construction of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,especially as the rising and developing period of college basketball and CUBA league,which will undoubtedly produce Greater obstacles,so that athletes have a better way to ensure that its more engaged to engage in training and competition among them.Therefore,the current status of CUBA athletes' employment situation is found out,and the problems and opportunities that CUBA athletes encounter in the course of employment are found out,so as to strengthen the CUBA athletes' future employment,and to improve the current CUBA athletes' Employment status of the recommendations and measures for the comprehensive development of CUBA athletes is undoubtedly has a significant role can not be ignored.Therefore,this study,through investigating the present employment situation of CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province,finds out the problems in the employment situation of CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province.On this basis,we use the theoretical knowledge of school physical education,pedagogy,management,To explore how to effectively improve the employment status of the CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province,the recommendations and measures and seek advice from colleagues in the experts,to further improve the Zhejiang Province and the national CUBA athletes employment status for the high level of college basketball in Zhejiang Province and the vigorous development of China The CUBA athletes training system to make a modest contribution to the continuous improvement.This paper analyzes the employment situation of CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province by means of literature review,questionnaires,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Zhejiang retired CUBA athletes roughly the age of 22-27 years of age,training time of 4-6 years,the largest number,and more from within the Zhejiang Province,Northeast China and the Northwest region of the ordinary high school.(2)Zhejiang CUBA athletes have higher employment orientation and individual interests,lack of overall concept of the overall situation,the employment ideal is relatively simple,for some countries need to grass-roots and remote areas of work more conflict.In terms of the employment rate is ideal,but most of the positions and the basketball and even sports professional relevance is poor.(3)Zhejiang CUBA athletes showed a diversified trend in the choice of employment channels,but they also preferred family planning,friend introduction and coaching recommendation.The open recruitment way was less,Employment competitiveness is poor.(4)Zhejiang CUBA athletes and basketball professional-related employment rate is relatively low,most of the athletes after graduation are engaged in basketball and the work is not close,the degree of poor professional counterparts.Employment is concentrated in Zhejiang Province and other southeastern coastal areas,mainly in private enterprises and self-employed among the profit institutions.(5)CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province,the income level is ideal,but because most of the work in private enterprises or independent entrepreneurship,income stability is low.So their current job satisfaction and employment situation is not satisfactory,the overall employment expectations are not yet fully achieved.(6)The subjective factors influencing the employment of male athletes in Zhejiang are mainly the athletes' comprehensive ability and employment expectation.The objective factors influencing the employment are mainly the employment market demand,employment information channel and family influence.And on this basis,the following recommendations:(1)strengthen the ideological education of athletes,sort out the correct concept of employment.(2)to speed up the Zhejiang CUBA athletes teaching structure adjustment.(3)to strengthen the university CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province for the guidance of employment.(4)focus on training the comprehensive ability of CUBA athletes.(5)to encourage the CUBA athletes in Zhejiang Province to actively carry out their own businesses.
