With the advent of the Internet age,information technology has become the core productivity of the information society,at the same time,it has a far-reaching impact on the reform of basic education.However,at present,the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas in China is prominent,resulting in uneven development of basic education in China's urban and rural areas,and because the long-term views such as the urban education is better than the rural,excellent courses should be exported to rutual areas,caused psychological imbalance between urban and rural areas,children and teachers of rural or remote areas emerge self-abasement.In order to solve the problem of uneven development of basic education and psychological imbalance in urban and rural areas,through the means of information ne twork,we can effectively use the high-quality resources in the urban and rural or remote areas,and combine the synchronous teaching mode of urban and rural areas to transfer courses to each other effectively and complement each other effectively.Guided by the social constructivism theory,situational learning theory and educational equity theory,this paper combines the characteristics of teaching in urban and rural areas,analyzes the constituent elements and operating modes of the synchronous teaching mode of urban and rural areas,and constructs the basic model of the synchronous teaching mode of urban and rural areas.Hebei primary school,Dongliang primary school and Tuonan Primary School as linking-schools take on the experimental courses.Hebei primary school as the home,Dongliang primary school as the auxiliary school,carries on the teaching of the city as home.Tuonan as the home,Hebei primary school as the auxiliary school,carries on the teaching of the countryside as home.Combining with the specific teaching cases,this paper analyzes the practice process and practice effect of the synchronous teaching mode of urban and rural areas frome levels of the teaching design and teaching process,and the problems existing in the practice process.Then sums up some proplems,for example,the sense of fairness among teachers is not enough,the tasks of teachers are heavy,the students' enthusiasm is not high,the equipment is defective,etc.through interviews with teachers and students involved in the practice of three schools to know the students' and teachers' emotions,attitudes and suggestions for improvement.Finally,combining with the practice,application status and research results,this paper puts forward five guarantee conditions that are improving qualities of teachers,establishing network platform,innovating teaching methods,increasing support and building educational resources database so as to ensure the synchronous teaching mode of urban and rural areas develops smoothly.
