Research On The Spiritual Consolation Of Urban Empty Nesters Under The Strength Perspective

With the rapid development of China's economy into a new stage,the pace of transformation of social change is also accelerated,which largely caused great changes of China's population structure and family structure,but also caused a new group appear and grow-"empty-nesters".Empty-nesters is not only a single pension problem,but has become a significant impact on social issues.Empty nesters spiritual consolation problem is involved in thousands of families,has become a sensitive issue of society.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the problems existing in this group.In this paper,on the basis of the related concept definition,in order to "self-help" the core concept of social work as a guide,professional theory as the support,by means of case work method,a empty nester in handan city T community as the research object,the work involved in the case city empty nester spiritual solace of related problems are discussed in this paper.First,the basic situation of empty nesters is discussed in detail,then the specific process of case work intervention is described in detail.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the whole process of intervention,some important conclusions and inspirations are drawn.Through the feedback of the elderly and the self-assessment of social workers,the case work method is beneficial to solve the problem of spiritual consolation in urban empty-nesters.Empty-nesters formulated by participating in social work activity,part of its spiritual needs to get some satisfaction,and social support network is established,the lonely feeling.By digging deeper into the master's own and external advantage,he called for more groups to focus on empty nesters.This article belongs to case work involved in the exploratory study of empty nest elderly,the conclusions may not be a universal,but hope to be able to help from empty nester spiritual solace plight in use for reference.
