On The Practice Of Traditional Culture Education In Higher Vocational College Students

In the occupation education,relying on the Ancient Chinese Literature Search Classic Education in traditional culture,penetrating the artisan spirit of the "craftsman spirit ",the pursuit of the ultimate occupation skill,through inheritance and assiduously,dedication,excellence to help Chinese create innovative "Chinese manufacturing ".Currently,most of the higher vocational colleges take the employment oriented,and pay much attention on the training of professional skills however ignore the education for students to carry out the necessary humanistic quality,thus it's not conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and limit the students' future career development.In order to achieve the full development of the students,the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the humanities quality education,pay more attention to the traditional culture to shape the students' personality and make exploration for the students' humanistic quality education in the higher vocational colleges on the perspective of traditional culture.The research analyzes the necessity of developing the traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges,and carries forward the traditional culture and education of Chinese classics,especially the "craftsman spirit" on the positive impact of Higher Vocational College Students' world outlook values.It points out that the inheritance of the traditional culture is helpful to improve the students' humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges.The humanistic quality education is necessary for the social harmonious development,the development of higher vocational education and the development of students themselves.From the perspective of empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the influence of the traditional culture on the cultivation of students' humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges.From a questionnaire survey the author carried out,the paper makes a summery about the students' understanding of the traditional culture and the attitude of the humanistic curriculum,the students' humanistic quality,the students' traditional culture education and the need for the humanistic quality education,the quality education in higher vocational colleges and the teacher's understanding and attitude to the present situation of humanistic education,according which,the paper analyzes the problems and reasons about humanistic education in the higher vocational colleges.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward that the current humanities curriculum should be carried out systematically and holistically,the humanities curriculum and extracurricular activities,theoretical hours and social practice,the school's guidance and students' autonomous learning should be combined to form an integrated cultural system of human quality.The higher vocational colleges should lay emphasis on the influence of traditional culture on the cultivation of students' humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges.
