Craftsman spirit usually refers to the excellent professional skills of the craftsman,as well as the attitude and belief of pursuing the ultimate goal,which is the necessary condition for cultivating the core competence of inter-disciplinary talents.It includes the spirit of respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching;A meticulous manufacturing capacity;Innovation consciousness of excellence;The practice behavior of the unity of knowledge and action and the professional quality of exquisite craftsmanship.Sports education professional students is talent reserve is an important part of teachers,sports education professional ability of students is the university sports education professional students treat subjects,treat,treat students,with the concentrated reflection of what they have the professional quality,including academic ability,sports ability,moral quality,physical and psychological behavior etc.The research methods used in this study include literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and expert interview method.The main research object is to integrate the craftsman spirit into the ability cultivation of physical education major students in Shandong Province.This paper makes a scientific research on the essential connotation of the craftsman spirit and the students' ability,how to improve the students' ability of physical education major in colleges and universities,and the current situation of the overall quality of college physical education students.To achieve the goal of training high quality compound sports talents and inject a new research perspective into the construction of a modern,high quality and professional team of PE teachers.This study reviews the connotation and historical origin of "Chinese craftsman spirit",deeply analyzes the basic content of "Chinese craftsman spirit",and integrates the training methods of reserve teachers in the field of sports.Seeking the fusion point of the spirit of craftsman and the education construction of sports major students;The cross and integration of the craftsman spirit and physical education is summarized,which involves the application of the craftsman spirit in physical education,the cultivation of students and the professional development of teachers.Thus,it puts forward a new way of thinking for the theoretical research on the training of PE professionals and the construction of PE teachers.The results show that:(1)In the process of integrating craftsman spirit into the ability training of students majoring in physical education,eight core elements are selected: craftsman's quality,craftsman's knowledge,craftsman's skill,craftsman's knowledge,craftsman's way,craftsman's mind,craftsman's morality and craftsman's behavior.The research of integrating craftsman spirit into the ability training of college students majoring in physical education is mainly carried out in four specific aspects: subject ability,sports quality,education ability and physical and mental conduct..(2)The research results of physical education major students in colleges and universities in Shandong Province.The content of physical education students' ability refers to the basic skills of physical education classroom teaching,training,exercise,competition,scientific research,management and so on.It is the comprehensive performance of curriculum teaching,physical education skills,physical education knowledge and moral psychological values.The use of questionnaire survey on the degree of physical education students in Shandong Province,the overall proportion is: lack of 1/5,general 3/5,good 1/5.(3)The selection of the specific elements of the survey indicators in this study includes four first-level indicators: academic ability,physical education,education ability,and physical and mental behavior;standardizing science,learning and seeking new craftsmanship;erudition,learning,and pursuit 16 second-level indicators such as excellent craftsmanship;64 third-level indicators such as subject education awareness;in addition,the importance of each indicator is determined according to the questionnaire;the importance coefficient of each indicator is Fi>4.0,and its feasibility is analyzed.(4)The formation mechanism of students' ability mainly includes: learning motivation,classroom teaching,curriculum setting,education system,training objectives,etc.;And according to the content of the production of questionnaires distributed to the physical education students,physical education teachers and other investigation of the status and importance of.(5)In the aspect of integrating the craftsman spirit into the physical education students' ability cultivation,the implementation measures adopted mainly include: at the national level,tracing the historical evolution and the development of The Times of craftsman spirit;On the social level,the specific theoretical and practical methods of integrating craftsman spirit into students' ability cultivation are explored from the perspective of individual students.The study drew the following conclusions:(1)The foundation of the ability cultivation of sports major students is the internal connection between the craftsman spirit and the ability of sports major students.It is feasible that the craftsman spirit can be organically integrated into the physical education students' ability training in the four concrete aspects of discipline ability,physical education quality,educational ability and physical and mental behavior.(2)The overall performance of middle school students is good in the survey of the overall level of students' ability indicators and elements,and the ability of students is cultivated above the average level.(3)In the process of organically integrating the craftsman spirit into the ability cultivation of physical education major students,the important coefficient of all indicators,Fi>4.0,is of high importance among the 64 selected index elements,which is of great significance for integrating the craftsman spirit into the ability cultivation process of physical education major students.(4)The specific difficulties in integrating the craftsman spirit into the ability cultivation of the students of contemporary physical education major include: First,the students of physical education major have a relatively weak sense of autonomy;Second,it is urgent to improve the integration and integration path of PE specialty courses.Third,the lack of clear spiritual and cultural standards.(5)There are 8 main elements and three requirements for integrating the craftsman spirit into the students' ability of physical education major;In addition,we should follow the principle of integrating the spirit of craftsman into the cultivation of comprehensive ability and analyze the concrete measures of the spirit of craftsman in the development of physical education students' skills.(6)The concrete practice process is: standardized science,still learn to seek new craftsmanship;Erudite strong smell,the pursuit of excellence craftsman knowledge;Physical literacy: the craftsmanship of achieving art to study and savage physique;Knowledge ask true,civilized spirit of the craftsman know;Education ability: insatiable in learning and teaching;Education without class,still weight carpenter road;Character of mind and body: Mingde patriotic,loyal and dedicated carpenter;Respecting teachers and valuing education,the craftsman line of unity of knowledge and practice.
