At present,all sectors of society have higher and higher requirements for education,teaching quality,and teachers.In order to adapt to the new situation and changes of education,teaching managers need to adjust the development direction of the school in time.Teaching management is the core of school work,and elementary education is the foundation of education.Improving primary school teaching management and promoting primary school teaching management are the primary prerequisites for improving the quality of education.Due to the constraints of resources and policies,basic education in rural areas is relatively weak.Rural primary schools have not fully realized the importance of improving teaching management.The teaching management of rural primary schools has problems such as backward management thinking,unsound teaching management institutions,difficulty in improving teaching efficiency,and partial teaching content.These problems will seriously interfere with teaching management and even affect the improvement process of basic education in rural areas.Mathematics is the main subject of primary school,and its teaching quality is inseparable from the school's reputation.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen the teaching management of rural primary schools.There is little research on mathematics teaching management in my country.This article aims to study the problems and countermeasures of mathematics teaching management in the lower grades of rural primary schools.First,through reading materials and literature,understand the current situation of teaching management,and master certain teaching management theories and research methods.Secondly,through the investigation,it analyzes the problems in the teaching management of mathematics in the lower grades of rural primary schools from four aspects:the teaching management organization system,the main body of teaching management,the content of teaching management,and the methods of teaching management.Then through questionnaires and interviews,I learned about the current situation of mathematics teaching management of Wuzhong A Primary School,and learned about its teaching management organization,main body,content and other aspects.Finally,based on the actual situation,the corresponding teaching management improvement opinions are put forward.Promote the improvement of the rural primary school teaching management system,the comprehensive teaching management content,and the diversity of teaching management methods.In order to optimize the management of mathematics teaching in rural primary schools and promote the process of education reform in my country.
