The Research Of Training Higher Vocational E-commerce Students Professional Ability

With the development of information social,economy liberalization and information commercial,e-commerce is widely applied in various fields in our society.Especially in recent years with the rising of "Internet plus" concept,the development of e-commerce is becoming more and more fast.Obviously the prosperity and development of electronic commerce is stimulating the development of the society and economy.Meanwhile,it also brings the great demand of the electronic commerce talented persons from the enterprise and the labor market.Higher vocational colleges have trained a large number of e-commerce graduates every year in our country.But the graduates majored in e-commerce from higher vocational schools who should be successfully become e-commerce employees have a low employment rate.The main reason for the low employment rate of students majored in electronic commerce in higher vocational colleges is that their professional ability can't meet the requirements of the electronic commerce post.Cultivating e-commerce students in higher vocational schools must be based on a reasonable job requirements analysis.Only by cultivating students who can meet the needs of the e-commerce jobs,can we effectively improve the professional ability of the students of electronic commerce in higher vocational schools.In this paper,we start from the question whether the students majored in electronic commerce in higher vocational colleges master the professional ability required by the electronic commerce jobs,and use the form of questionnaire to go on the research in the students majored in electronic commerce in higher vocational colleges.We analyze the level of professional competence of 208 students in our investigation,and then discuss the problems existing in the development of students' professional basic literacy,basic general ability and professional ability,try to find out the problems in the students' training of higher vocational colleges,analyze the reasons and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
