Blessing,as Chinese writer Lu Xun’s masterpiece,is a hot text included by all editions of Chinese teaching material due to its deep thought and significent literary value.Narrating theory is becoming more and more mature,so it can be applied in Chinese teaching.At the same time,narrating theory can help us dig out the art essence of text.This paper will analyse Blessing from the aspect of narrator,narrative perspective,and narrative time.This paper uses the teaching practice of Anshan city’s high school as sample to reflect the shortcomings existing in teaching.As a matter of fact,narratology is an excellent tool to help students understand and master the text.We design the text Blessing in the perspective of narratology,and make students master the text from the aspect of narrator,narrative perspective,and narrative time.Most students feel that they get a clear thought and get rid of the rigescent model of learning a text.At the same time,we encourge students to reflect the text by themselves and introduce some words from narratology.All in all,most students feed back that they get new knowledge and feel satisfied.It will do good to teaching and learning to analyse the text Blessing with the help of narratology.Different perspectives of narratology will make students capture the thought and emotion of the text,and cultivate their abilities of enjoying literature.It is essential for us to explore the combination between narrative theory and the text Blessing.
