With the development of economy and the improvement of social productivity,the demand for talents is becoming more and more vigorous in all enterprises,and the importance of recruiting and selecting talents is increasing.The essence of the market competition is the competition of talents.If enterprises are to stand out in the talent competition,it is necessary to obtain excellent talents through a variety of recruitment channels,and campus recruitment is an important channel for enterprises to acquire intellectual talents.The graduates have the spirit of accumulation of professional knowledge,the spirit of hard work and innovative thinking.If the enterprises can recruit the appropriate new employees,they can greatly improve the overall market competitiveness and comprehensive strength.But at present,the effect of many enterprises on campus recruitment is not ideal,there are low recruitment effectiveness,poor quality of contract rate and high rate of destruction,which restrict the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively recruit graduates through campus recruitment has become the focus of attention in business and academia.On the basis of literature collection and collation,this paper makes a comprehensive consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of different evaluation factors,referring to the existing evaluation model,according to the expert opinion of the business administration subject,and combining the interview with the recruitment Commissioner,the Recruitment Supervisor,the Department staff and the department managers in E company,and preliminarily forms the campus recruitment of the E company.The factors affecting the effectiveness of recruitment were identified and the influencing factors of E campus recruitment effectiveness were determined.The use of Likert five point scale design,including 18 items of E campus recruitment effectiveness.A total of 110 questionnaires were sent to E company,and 104 were recovered.After rejecting the invalid questionnaire,98 valid questionnaires were available,with an effective recovery rate of 89%.Then the data processing and result analysis are carried out by SPSS.Through descriptive statistics,spherical test results of KMO and Bartlett,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the four E campus recruitment are determined.At the same time,it is proved that the four factors have a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E recruitment.The positive effects are ranked according to the degree of impact: propaganda interview factors,follow-up maintenance factors,planning preparation factors and team personnel factors.After getting four main influencing factors,combining with the present situation of E’s campus recruitment,this paper summarizes and summarizes the improvement suggestions for improving the effectiveness of E’s campus recruitment,including: doing business publicity,improving the interview process,strengthening follow-up maintenance,strengthening the training of entry,making reasonable plans,choosing the right time,setting up a school recruit team and improving the ability Strength and attitude.In order to improve the effectiveness of E campus recruitment,increase the application scope of campus recruitment channels in the recruitment of enterprises,improve the effectiveness of E recruitment,guarantee the contract rate and quality of the applicants for the job seekers,and ultimately promote the improvement of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
