Since its launch in 2009,the Shanghai campus football campaign has been entrusted with endless expectations and expectations by the government and the community.In 2012,Shanghai established the first campus soccer league in the country.So far,a total of 239 schools have joined the league.Registered campus football players have increased from the initial 900 to the current tens of thousands.However,under such a new situation that has gradually developed,more and more education,sports departments,and school leaders and physical education teachers have caused many misgivings.There is a shortage of excellent football teachers and young football coaches.Has become a bottleneck to improve the level of campus football activities.Therefore,to ensure the smooth and lasting development of Shanghai's campus football activities,coaches with comprehensive quality and high levels must be involved.How to cultivate high-quality coaches for campus soccer activities becomes a problem that needs to be solved urgently problem.This thesis takes the training course of Shanghai campus soccer coaches as the research object,and uses the methods of literature materials,expert interviews,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the current training needs,effectiveness and influencing factors of Shanghai campus soccer coaches.It is hoped that through in-depth investigation,research and analysis,the real needs of coaches in football training in the training program for Shanghai campus soccer coaches will be identified.The actual effects and influencing factors of coach training will be analyzed,and development countermeasures for improving training will be found.Later Shanghai campus football coach training will provide more experience.The final conclusion is:1.The coaches are most expected to learn the training knowledge and skills as follows: Broaden the ideas and methods of football teaching and football technical teaching ability;The most favored participatory training;The most do not want to give special lectures training;The most anticipated teacher is professional Team coaches;most hope that they will be trained on workdays;the best training time is 4-6 days;the most desirable assessment method is the training summary report;the most disappointing assessment method is open class reporting;the participating coaches generally believe that Equipped with uniform training materials.2.The coaches generally have a higher degree of satisfaction with training,especially in the training instructor team,teaching level,training content,training methods,and gains.Most of the training was foreign coaches.There was a dissatisfaction with the communication.The training was divided into theoretical and practical assessments.There was a dissatisfaction with the assessment methods and there was a slight dissatisfaction with the catering and management aspects of the training unit.3.The participating coaches unanimously believe that in terms of training skills,they have different levels of improvement;in the basic knowledge of football training,coaches generally believe that there is no great improvement,but there is still no improvement.Happening.4.Students have a higher overall evaluation of the ability to participate in the training of trainers;after returning to teaching,teachers are more full of class;teaching activities are more diverse;classroom atmosphere is more active;students are not standardized.Actions can be corrected in a timely manner;coaches have a broader perspective;professors give students more fresh knowledge and skills;teachers are more confident and students fall in love with football lessons.5.After returning to post teaching,students' knowledge and skills in football have improved to varying degrees;the school's football population has continued to increase;most schools have conducted systematic football training;all schools have held campus football matches,both inside and outside school.The scores of football events have gradually improved,and schools that have played district-level and above football matches have also seen significant improvement;however,in terms of scientific research,the effect of promotion is not obvious.6.The main factors influencing the training of Shanghai campus soccer coaches are grade factor,subjective attitude factor,personal factor and teaching factor.
