Enterprises recruiting college graduates every year.The university student army is full of vitality,innovative thinking and fighting spirit.Because of these students' joining,the enterprise can be injected fresh blood.As a result,good effect of campus recruitment can greatly enhance the enterprise competitiveness.However,many enterprises campus recruitment effectiveness is low and it wastes a lot of human resources,material resources,financial resources,but attracting to retain little suitable talents,which seriously restrict the long-term development of the enterprise.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,from four aspects,such as family capital,enterprise,graduates and university,a preliminary system of enterprise campus recruitment effectiveness factors is constructed.Then it adopts open-ended interviews to revise.This study designs a questionnaire on influencial factors of college graduates enterprise campus recruitment effectiveness.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of all previous and new graduates,it finally determines the influencial factors of campus recruitment effectiveness and its degree.First of all,the system on influencial factors of campus recruitment validity for enterprise is mainly including job characteristics,enterprise attraction and employment promotion,which all have influence on the effectiveness of campus recruitment.Secondly,for the factors of the family capital,the extent of their influence from strong to weak are:family economic capital,enterprise attraction,recruitment team.For the graduates factors,according to their degree of influence from strong to weak are: the job search process,the period after recruitment.For the factors of university,the extent of their influence from strong to weak are: employment guidance,employment promotion.At last,according to the results,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the effectiveness of enterprise campus recruitment from the four levels,which is family capital,enterprise,graduates and university.
