With the advent of the "Internet" era,people's learning environment and learning style have undergone tremendous changes.With vast information resources,a variety of new media allows college students to use mobile phones when they are studying and living.Portable devices,such as tablets,use scattered time to learn what they need,and mobile learning emerges.Every innovation in technology brings about profound changes in education.It is of great significance to study the role and value of new technology in promoting teaching and learning activities in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning.Based on the educational and teaching theories,such as mobile learning and fragmented learning,the author constructs a teaching model that conforms to the technology curriculum,the core of which is "teaching and learning model",which divides the technology curriculum into two parts: theory and operation.Each part is divided into three links of teaching and learning,so that the teaching and learning of technical courses is transformed from fragmentation to systematization,from the traditional teaching form to the mobile interactive teaching form.The conversion from low quality and low efficiency to high quality and high efficiency.Articulate storyline(AS)is an independent,single computer version of the multimedia interactive courseware development tool for E-learning.Because of its unique design,humanized operation interface,rich material library and simple setting method,it is welcomed by users.This paper uses the software to develop the mobile interactive curriculum resources,and combines the "knowledge plane" network teaching platform to realize the learning based on PC and mobile client.The "Modern Educational Technology" course is a compulsory course offered by the graduate students of a normal university.This paper takes the "microcourse making" part of the course as an example.The "Teaching and Learning Model" is constructed,and the interactive teaching resources are developed by using as software.Knowledge plane "network teaching platform,the real realization of fragmentation of mobile teaching and learning."This research mainly includes six parts.Chapter 1,introduction,discusses the research background,purpose,significance,research content,research methods and research techniques of the current content.Concept definition and theoretical basis.The current situation of research at home and abroad,related concept definition and theoretical basis,as well as the introduction of the main technology as software.Chapter 3,The design of learning model and process.Firstly,the course content of "microcourse making" is analyzed and the course module is constructed.Then,the "teaching and learning model" in teaching model is constructed and the process is expounded.Finally,it discusses how to evaluate.Chapter 4th,the development of resources and The application of the platform.The development of software functions,teaching resources,and the introduction and application of the platform.5th chapter,practice and effectiveness.How to implement and the effect of the discussion.6th chapter,Summarize and prospect.Describe the innovation,advantages and difficulties encountered in the process of development,and prospect the future development.
