With the development of technology for computer hardware manufacturing,continuous improvement of computer communication technology,popularization of smart phones and increasing pace of social life,people entered theera of Microlecture,Microlecture has become the focus of educational research.But at the same time,some schools are still using the traditional teaching model,in the teaching curriculum of"Basics of Computer Application",there are students who do not follow the requests to prepare their lessons before the class and the levels of knowledge of students are different,teachers can not take all the students into account,nobody is available to help students when they have problems and so on.As microlecture is simple,the content is short and succinct,furthermore,it is easy to spread on the network,it will facilitate the use of debris time to watch it,and is suitable for mobile learning.Therefore,this article will introduce the "basics of computer application" teaching activities.According to the characteristics of vocational school students,their own teaching experiences and combined with mobile learning,flipped classroom and other related theories,design and development of teaching platform of the Microlecturere sources,vocational schools can attempt to introduce Microlecture based on this system.First of all,this article analyzes the problems found in the teaching process of the"Basics of Computer Application".According to the teaching requirements from students,teachers in vocational school and flipped classroom,the functional requirements of the micro-course resource teaching platform are obtained,using the object-oriented and top down method to design various functional modules of the system,using Asp.net,Asp.net MVC framework,Cordova mixed programming framework and other technologies,Providing teachers and students with micro-class management,Problem management,curriculum management,virtual classroom,effect analysis,mobile classroom and other service modulesaccording to MVC mode,coding system functions.Then,using this teaching platform in the daily teaching ofthe "Basics of Computer Application",urging students to form pre-class preview,after-school practice study habitsby task-driven way,and using flipped classroom practice at the proper time.Finally,analyzing whether microlecture class platform achieves the desired purposeor not through questionnaires,recording data of students in the system.Application practice shows that the teaching system of Microlecture resources can meet the teaching requirements of "Basics of Computer Application" in vocational school,and can support the teaching mode of flipped classroom.Its function and resources can effectively improve the students' pro-active learning ability,effectively improve the students' overall learning performance.
