New Changes In China's Population Policy:from One Child To A Total Of Two Children

The theory of population policy is an important part of the theory of Marx's doctrine,and also an important part of historical materialism,which is subordinate to the superstructure.With the development of productive forces and the progress of social history,the only child of our population policy and social development does not adapt,so the government decided to change its policy,let "two children" instead of "only child",to adapt to the needs of social and economic development.The implementation of this policy,from the theory and development of the population of a rich theory of policy,scholars define the core but unchanged,that each one airs his own views,is a country or region to regulate and control the population,population growth,whether it is positive or negative growth of zero growth,countries will take measures to adjust the population and in line with the development trend of domestic,which is the nature of the population policy,namely the superstructure.Secondly,summarizes the factors the development of China's population policy political economic,cultural and social aspects,the formulation and implementation of China's population policy is a multi dimension standard measure,it is a combination of various factors,and the development and is not a single factor in the implementation of this policy has a positive the effect on the social development of our country.Through systematic analysis of the basis of the formulation and implementation of China's population policy,the practical and positive effects of the new changes in the population policy in China are further testified.The second part systematically sums up the changes in the population policy of China since the founding of new China.China's population policy from 1949 to encourage population growth soon to limit the development of population growth,after decades of family planning,China's population has been effectively restricted,but the drawbacks of the
