With the continuous development of new technologies,and promote the continuous innovation of education and teaching.In his congratulatory letter to the International Education Informatization Conference,Prof.Xi Jinping said: "In line with the development of information technology,promote educational reform and innovation,build a network,digital,personalized,lifelong education system","cultivate a large number of innovative talents ".In 2005,UNESCO applied information technology to education in four stages: start,application,integration and innovation.Our education is experiencing deep integration into the stage of innovation and realization,the application of technology innovation is an inevitable trend,the tide of innovation wave after wave,as an information technology disciplines,but should make full use of information technology to achieve the discipline of teaching innovation,Ability to implement creative teaching reform.In the upsurge of educational innovation,I think it is necessary to look back on the origin,return to information technology classroom teaching,concerned about the growth of information technology teachers,concerned about the development of information technology teacher innovation,this is the cradle of innovation talent growth.In this study,I selected the qualitative research on the teaching innovation ability of senior middle school information technology teacher X.Based on the framework of the relevant theories,I should learn from the "teaching ability","learning ability","social ability" and "educational technology ability".These four dimensions are used to present the reality of the teaching innovation ability of the cooperative partner X teacher,and to analyze the influencing factors,and then explore the structure of the teaching innovation ability of X teacher,for future teachers to see,provide new inspiration,and constantly dig The uniqueness and flexibility of information technology teachers' teaching innovation ability,it has certain reference function to perfect the professional competence structure of information technology teachers,which provides the direction and practice basis for the training methods and methods of information technology teachers' teaching innovation ability.Constantly improve their own quality,better to cultivate and guide students to create technology.
