With the advancement of education informatization progress,especially thedevelopment and application of network transmission technology, teaching mode andmethod is also in constant innovation and change. The information-based teachinginnovation project has played a very important role to encourage, promote and help theschool and teachers in the information-based and innovation attempting. However, thepresent situation is that there are many information-based teaching innovation projectsand the participation degree of the school teachers generally is not high. This makes itvery difficult to promote and implement the project. What’s the reason? What shouldwe do to change this situation? This essay embarks from the theory of innovationdiffusion, to design questionnaire, do some research and analysis in both primary andsecondary schools in Shanghai and Suzhou, trying to find out the reasons influencingthe popularization of information-based teaching reform innovation project, and putsforward the solution to solve this problem.This essay takes the theoretical basis of the promotion of innovation theory as themain integrated communication and psychology at the same time. Firstly, afterdesigning the questionnaire of "factors influencing the informatization educationinnovation project promotion", this essay tests the questionnaire in both primary andsecondary schools in Shanghai and Suzhou. At the same time, this essay also do someinterview with the teachers in this two places. Secondly, based on the questionnaire,statistics and interview results, this essay analyzes the factors influencing theinformation-based education innovation project from the perspective of the projectitself and the project participants, project promoters,. Finally, from the perspective ofsocial system, this essay put forward several solutions to solve the current situation of.Studies show that from the perspective of innovative marketing theory analysis,the inlfuencing factors of teaching reform and innovation the information-basedproject are the followings:(1) the project itself, such as software’s reliability andconvenience which support for the project; the integration of the Information-basedproject and curriculum.(2) project promoters, whether do the promotion of the project in accordance with the education innovation project promotion process.(3) theparticipants, that a glimmer of teacher whether to update teaching ideas, whether toaccept the complete training, etc. These are the important factor affecting theinformation-based education innovation project promotion. The next part, this articleembarks from the school environment system, puts forward several solutions:(1) tobuild the school information environment;(2) set up the school’s incentive mechanism;(3) the school teacher participation in area community of practice.
