Strengthening party building in primary and secondary school and education circles professionalization are the trend of development.To increasingly improve the quality of our education and the level of party secretaries of primary and secondary schools,and to follow the road to teacher's specialization are inevitable trend of future.This study is based on the group of party secretaries of primary and secondary schools in fengtai district of Beijing.Conducts theoretical discussion and practical investigation on the professional development.From the perspective of profession,the professional development of secretary is the dynamic process of establishing professional standards,perfecting professional system and improving professional status.Secretary from the individual level,it is to renew and improve its own political accomplishment for the requirements of the party building work of the School under the help of the external environment.Professional knowledge,ability and attitude such as the internal structure,professional gradually grown into a mature professional development process.Eventually to improve professional quality,and promote the harmonious development of schools and professional development to improve the status of the secretary of the professional purposes.This study combined with relevant policy documents have discussed the professional quality structure of the Secretary,and clarified the four aspects of Secretary's professional development:political accomplishment,professional knowledge,professional ability,and professional attitude.This study,based on this content framework,adopted questionnaire method to conduct a wholly type sampling survey of the professional development status of primary and secondary Secretaries in the Fengtai district of Beijing.In this study,the basic situation of the professional development of primary and secondary Secretaries has been discussed,and through differential analysis of the survey data,the seven major problems,such as insufficient training content of political theory and party construction knowledge,as well as insufficient stratified individualized targeted training and so on,existed in professional training system and security incentive mechanism of the Secretary's professional development has been clarified.Then,this paper,started from improving professional training system,puts forward methods of highlighting the subject content of political theory training and party construction knowledge,implementing hierarchical classification training,and improving Secretary's professional training,as well as a comprehensively advice to improve Secretary's individual professional quality.In addition,it also,started from a sound security incentive mechanism,puts forward the deepening research of the professional development of primary and secondary Secretaries,introducing Secretary's professional standards,as well as improving the system of appointment,assessment and incentive guarantee for Secretary selection to stimulate primary and secondary Secretaries' self-development awareness.Based on the main problems of the process of professional development,in the final chapter,we put forward several projects in four aspects:deepening the research on the professional development of primary and secondary school secretaries,introducing the standards and regulations,perfecting the training system,selection and appointment,evaluation and encouragement and guarantee system,and stimulating the independent development consciousness of the primary and secondary school secretaries.The purpose of this study is to provide some inspiration for the professionalization of primary and secondary school secretries in the district.
