Research On The Opening And Management Of Sports Fields Of Nanjing Universities

The social opening process of university stadium is a popular project.With the rapid development of society and economy in our country,the living standard of the people has been greatly improved,people's awareness of sports activities has been greatly improved,and the demand for sports venues and equipment has become increasingly strong.At present,the public stadium in our country can not meet the needs of the people,but in the case of the national construction of public sports venues can not significantly increase,encourage the university sports venues resources to open to society,fully tap the use of university sports resources to promote the sustainable development of college sports in Nanjing.Using the research methods of literature,field interviews,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the status quo of the development and management of sports venues in some colleges and universities in Nanjing,and puts forward the research on safety prevention in the opening activities of sports venues in Nanjing university,and the results show that:1.The existing stadium in Nanjing university is more and more standardized.In order to meet the needs of the mass sports for the site,the quantity and quality of most school sports venues have the basic conditions to open to the society.Because of the establishment of university campus and the need to undertake large sports competitions,the sports venues in Nanjing university not only greatly increase in quantity,but also have a batch of standardized and high level comprehensive sports venues,which become the high-quality resources of the provincial sports venues.2.The investigation object of the university sports venues can basically be open to the teachers and students of the university,the free opening only to the campus students and school staff,but the real meaning of the social public to implement a comprehensive,overall open university is not much,and there are some deficiencies in the management of management.3.The majority of the managers in college sports venues are men aged 50 years and older,and the managers are aged in the middle and old age.Some unexpected projects are still open to the outside world without profit.4.Some colleges and universities of Nanjing high level athletes,coaches,these sports resources basically stay in the national sports competition task,at present the high level sports team sports project to the social people and students to provide guidance to the students only 2.5.The stadiums of 8 universities in Nanjing are divided into paid open and free opening.The opening hours of the venues are the same,the fees charged are mostly determined by the school itself,the overall charge is reasonable,the price is slightly lower than the commercial venues.6.The development and utilization of sports venues resources in some universities in Nanjing mainly focus on the joint operation of schools and sports departments,and the distribution of economic income under this joint operation mode is not average,and the support of government and regulation is not enough.7.The colleges and universities in which the investigation object is located can pay attention to the establishment of relevant systems in accordance with the safety of their own sports venues,and widely publicize the safety tips for the exercise of the masses,and require the exercise of the masses to understand the compliance with the various systems in the opening of sports facilities.
