Teachers are the solid backing for our country's education development,and the apprentice teachers add new members into the contingent of teachers,which is an indispensable part of the whole teachers team.On the one hand,the primary and secondary schools' education reform puts forward new demands for the teachers who are working hard in the teaching front.So the teachers,especially the apprentice teachers in the primary and secondary schools should keep on learning,adapt to and meet the new demands of the education reform.Meanwhile,the apprentice teachers are in the crucial stage of teachers' professional development which affects the retention of apprentice teachers,and they are faced with many difficulties in the real teaching process.Therefore,the professional development of apprentice teachers in primary and secondary schools should not only be paid attention to in practical aspect,but also worthy of relevant theoretical research.The thesis chooses the research methods of literature research and investigation,and it constructs the feasible professional development pattern for the apprentice teachers in the primary and secondary school from three dimensions of concept,content and channel.The thesis consists of five parts.The introduction answers the basis and significance of the thesis,defines the core concepts of "apprentice teachers" "teacher's professional development" "pattern" "apprentice teachers' professional development pattern",reviews the existing literature about apprentice teachers,and clears the research design and methods.Chapter ? analyzes the current professional development situation of apprentice teachers in primary and secondary schools from three aspects: the level of their professional development,the effect of the existing methods for their professional development,the importance and necessity of their professional development pattern,and it draws a sketch of the "3C Pattern".Chapter ? constructs the "concept" dimension of "3C Pattern".The specific content is "consolidating the shallow qualities,excavating the deep qualities,and promoting the professional development of the apprentice teachers in primary and secondary schools".Chapter ? constructs the "content" dimension of "3C Pattern".The specific content is theprofessional concept,professional knowledge and professional ability.Chapter ? constructs the "channel" dimension of "3C Pattern".The specific content is instituting the management section,launching the induction training activities,establishing the correspondence between "apprenticeship group" of the apprentice teachers and "mentor group" of the old teachers,formulating appropriate professional development plans,building the professional development platform,and assessing the professional development effect.The conclusion summarizes and restates the pattern of apprentice teachers' professional development in primary and secondary schools.
