| At present,although the teacher-apprentice system has lasted for many years in many technical schools,there are still many problems in the way of teacher-apprentice pairing,teachers’ rights and responsibilities,and the growth of teachers and apprentices.In this paper,the research on the problems existing in the model of "teacher-apprentice system" is of great theoretical significance for perfecting the theoretical system of "teacher-apprentice system".At the same time,the "teacher-apprentice system" is an important way to train young teachers’ teaching skills,and the development of teachers’ professional skills is an important part of teachers’ professional development.Therefore,the research on the model of "teacher-apprentice system" is of great significance for promoting teachers’ professional development.It also has important practical significance.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research results of "teacher-apprentice system",which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the mode of teacher-apprentice system and the promotion of teacher professional development by teacher-apprentice system.Taking Guangzhou G School as an example,on the basis of fully introducing the basic situation of the school,the present situation of the implementation of the teacher-apprenticeship system and the problems of teacher professional development under the mode of the teacher-apprenticeship system are studied through questionnaires and interviews.From the results of questionnaires and interviews,it is found that although the teacher-apprenticeship system has played a certain role in promoting teachers ’professional development,there are some problems such as the unclear purpose and content of teacher-apprenticeship training,the single form of training content,the insufficient supervision of training process and the performance evaluation of training results,and the imperfect reward and punishment measures of evaluation results,etc.,which lead to the participation of new and old teachers.The enthusiasm is not very high,which has a negative impact on teachers ’professional development to a certain extent.In this regard,this paper proposes to improve the application of teacher-apprentice system in technical schools by defining the contents and objectives of training,enriching the organizational forms,improving the implementation process,constructing the evaluation system,and improving the incentive and guarantee system,so as to ensure the quality of training of new teachers and promote the professional development of new and old teachers. |
