Study On The Reasons And Countermeasures Of Junior School Students' Dropping Out Of School In Rural Areas

In recent years,the level of rural economic life has improved year by year,but the phenomenon of rural junior high school students dropping out has not been eliminated.Solving the problem of rural junior high school dropout will promote the development of rural basic education.It is an urgent need to promote the development of rural education.In the process of promoting the cause of "universal education",the problem of rural junior high school students dropping out of school has become an important influence factor,and has also gained the attention and attention of the whole society.From the perspective of farmers,rural students dropping out of school has resulted in the overall education and cultural level being unable to be improved.It will eventually become an obstacle to the development of the whole society and economy,thus affecting the political,democratic,cultural and educational development of China,especially in the rural areas of China.By using the method of case study,this paper analyzes the problem of students dropping out of a township junior middle school in Cixian County,Hebei Province.Through field investigation,the author preliminarily grasps the situation of controlling and keeping out of school,and makes a full account of the situation and characteristics of students dropping out of the school.Based on the understanding,further the influence factors of the dropout problem to be analyzed,including society,family and school to analyze the effect of student dropout and on students' self factors,in-depth analysis of the problem students drop out of the situation,put forward countermeasures,hoping to provide a sample for other schools,the county rural junior high school dropout of security work to provide theoretical suggestions.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature research and questionnaire and interview.Firstly,it defines the core concepts of "dropping out of school" and "rural junior high school students".Then,based on the data collected by questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the dropout situation of a rural junior high school in Cixian County,Hebei Province,and sums up the features of the junior middle school students that leave the school and the causes of the students dropping out.Detailed analysis was made and corresponding improvement measures and suggestions were put forward.
