With the development and popularization of volleyball, more and more people toparticipate in the volleyball movement. A high level of college women’s volleyball team isconsidered the national women’s volleyball team’s reserve forces, the university participationenthusiasm for volleyball, a growing number of colleges and universities set up a volleyballteam. With the introduction of technical and tactical volleyball and volleyball changingrequirements of the new rules, volleyball increasingly high demand for physical fitness.Therefore, how to develop better volleyball athletes and physical fitness, volleyball near andimprove the technical level and athletic ability, is the current volleyball worker problems tobe solved.This article from the actual needs of Northern women’s volleyball team’s starting motion,using different means and methods of training athletes for specialized physical training inorder to achieve a good physical training effect and purpose of the prevention and reductionof sports injuries. Meanwhile this paper can also be studied to learn from other sports physicaltraining methods and means projects.In this paper, using literature, interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics andother research methods to Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics women’svolleyball teams and Beijing Jiaotong University women’s volleyball team of20women’svolleyball sports athletes as the research object to Northern women’s volleyball team as anexperimental group objects to them for a period of10weeks of special physical training, thelast two teams using SPSS software before the experiment and after the experiment functionalmovement screening (FMS) data and indicators Volleyball special fitness test data forstatistical analysis. Concluded as follows:1. Adding physical activity in functional training workout Beijing University ofAeronautics and Astronautics women’s volleyball team in the sport through10weeks oftraining, functional movement screening (FMS) level has been significantly improved.Description physical exercise functional training athletes can effectively prevent and reduceinjury.2. Using specialized physical training methods and means with a special combination ofvolleyball can effectively improve the special fitness athletes.
