As the carrier of lofty spirit,excellent ability and healthy personality.the role model represents the mainstream ideology,correct value concept and positive spiritual outlook that are required for social development.The role model is like the spiritual benchmark of an era.It provides a constant source of power for social development and human life.The use of moral character and rule of law in role models can continuously enrich and update the content of teaching materials,prompt teachers to update their professional knowledge,help change the rigid thinking of teachers themselves in the use of role models,and break the student's apotheosis of role models,thereby improving teacher education and teaching.The effectiveness of the overall development of junior high school students to promote the overall quality.The teacher selects,presents,and analyzes the excellent qualities and advanced deeds of the role model's characters,helping the students to understand and learn the characters and gradually cultivate their own good ideas and establish correct values.This article is based on the teaching and learning version of junior high school morality and the rule of law textbooks.Based on the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of junior high school students,to select,analyze,present and practice role models to explore junior high school morality and the rule of law in their teaching.In the process of writing,the author first used the literature research method to inspect the literature and materials related to the role models of junior high school moral rule of law.The author combined interviews with students and first-line teachers,summed up examples of cases used by role models and student feedback and finally set the text in the following four sections:The first part is about the general theoretical overview of the role models in junior high school morality and rule of law teaching.First of all,the author begins with the example concept of characters,expounds its basic meaning,characteristics and classification,and increases its understanding and mastery of the concept.The second part is to explain the problem of using role models in teaching and its reasons.The author believes that the main problems in the use of role models in current teaching are the three aspects of the selection of role models,the use of methods,and the practice of the role of the role model.There are many reasons for these problems.Mainly include: lagging behind in the updating of teaching materials,Some teachers fail to give full play to role models in practical teaching,The physical and mental development characteristics of young people increase the difficulty of education and adverse effects of social environment reduce the spirit of exemplary characters.The third part is the selection principle of the role model in moral and rule of law teaching.When teaching,teachers should pay attention to the principles of selection,follow the principles of selection of authenticity,time,and life,and select character materials to improve the educational effectiveness of role models.The fourth part is the application strategy of the role model in the teaching of morality and rule of law,which will be elaborated in three aspects from the presentation,analysis and practice of the role model spirit.To enrich the presentation of role models,inspire students to learn role models and consciously practice the enthusiasm of the characters.This article mainly introduces three ways of showing people in materials,demonstrating people in modern media,and practicing people in close proximity to role models.From the analysis strategy,it mainly proposes the analysis and interpretation of role models by autonomous sentiment,cooperative inquiry,and problem-oriented.In practicing the role model spirit,they respectively enriched the forms of activities,increased the pertinence of the practice of role models,emphasized the effectiveness of the practice of exemplary character activities,and gave full play to students' role in the practice of role models.Initiatives,etc.are started around to promote students' knowledge and behavior.
