With the new normal of economic development in China and the continuous deepening of educational reform,class management in schools is receiving more and more attention.As the basic unit of school management,class management is facing severe challenges.Higher class in primary schools is an important stage for students' development,in which their mental and physical status is also experiencing great changes.Scientific and effective class management in line with the law of body and mentality development of higher class students in primary schools is the premise of ensuring smoothly carrying out teaching work.However,due to many reasons,many teachers lack purpose in class management and the management methods are not suitable for students' development.Based on these issues,the author carries out research on the management of higher class in primary schools.Starting with the current situation of higher class management in primary schools,and through investigation and analysis,this paper concluded some problems in higher class management in primary schools,mainly including four aspects: first,weak integrating power in class' daily management;second,improper organizational construction;third,imbalanced class management force;fourth,a lack of vitality in class' activity management.Through field visit,investigation and analysis,causes of these problems are found based on the actual situation: first,construction of scientific assessment mechanism of class managementfrom;second,the perspective of schools,the issue of big sized class is very serious,and schools' evaluation mechanism for class management is not perfect;Third,in terms of class teachers,they are bearing too much pressure;teachers' outdated management ideas and class management methods;key points are not highlighted;in terms of students,imbalanced ability development and insufficient independence ability.
