With the development of society and the progress of human beings,the prosperity of the material and cultural life,the social needs of the talents become more diversified,and the main body of the students is becoming more and more prominent.The students with independence,self-control and consciousness are the higher requirements of the society for the management.In this study,Y primary school in Yanji city as an example,to understand the actual situation of independent management of Y primary school class in Yanji City,to find the existing problems in the management of primary school class,study the causes of problems,analysis of the specific problems and causes of problems.To explore the specific measures for the implementation of class self-management in primary schools,to a certain extent,enrich and develop the relevant theor:ies and research results of class self-management.Through the independent management of student groups,to achieve the motto of their self-discipline,while realizing the comprehensive development of students and become the strongest voice of the times for student management.Based on the in-depth analysis of the theory of class self-management,this paper makes a survey by questionnaire,interview and observation.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,we can know that there are some problems in the class management of Y primary school in Yanji.Most of the students lack participation of class self-management opportunities;the participation of class are much,not enough to play students' autonomy;too much emphasis on student achievement teacher evaluation to the students,has not formed the class autonomous management evaluation system;teacher deviation of Class Autonomous management knowledge,think that every student is independent when monitor management the of problem.The following five aspects of Class Autonomous management issues:1.Teacher team building is professional,cause many problems in class management;2.Teachers' understanding of class autonomous management,many of them not from a conceptual point of view to understand the class autonomous management activities,but from the personal experience of understanding;3.Simple methods of class management,excessive emphasis on learning achievement ignores the overall development of students;4.Class autonomous management and practice of Class Autonomous management system is not perfect,students have little opportunity to participate in the system development,can not meet the needs of students,can not adapt to the actual needs;5.The lack of scientific evaluation system of class management,teachers do not pay attention to Class Autonomous management.In view of the above problems and reasons,this study puts forward the following five suggestions and countermeasures of high grade primary school class management:1.For teacher training,change management concepts,improve the quality of management;2.Class activities to cultivate students' self-management consciousness;3.Carefully training class cadres,improve the efficiency of Class Autonomous management;4.Management of the class to participate in the development of Class Autonomous management system;5.To establish a scientific class management system.
