“Leading the introduction and helping with the healthy growth of Juveniles, Enablingthem to the moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic developments, that will be the majorissue and will determine the direction of China’s education development.” To achieve healthygrowth and happy development,“there must be a correct introduction ideology and teachingmethods.”Schools are the main bases to achieve the aims of education, classes are originaleducating and teaching organizations in schools, it’s the cradle of students growth. Classmanagement will directly affect the completion of the educational task and educational goalsat school. Class management plays an irreplaceable role in the development of education inChina.The students at higher grade in primary school will be at the age10to13. Their bodieswill dramatically change, and the same goes to their mind. Under the promise of not yet fullyprepared, will they be exposed to the entrance to the adolescent. They are far from mature,but, there is no doubt, the emergence of “adultness sense” brings new challenges to ourclassroom management.It has been13years since I took the job. And I have served as a primary schoolheadteacher since then. In the thirteen years of teaching experiences, I found that there aremany problems in class management at higher grade in primary school. These problems arenot only about the headteachers themselves, including teachers’ training lacks ofcomprehensive, urban and rural differences and the unbalanced regional development; butalso the large size of the class Organization; And school on the class management evaluationsystem is not perfect. These problems have seriously affected the physical and mental healthof teachers and students, but also on students’ all-round, healthy, sustainable development.Using all above as a starting point, I have compiled for the region’s high grade primary schoolclass management questionnaire, taken deep investigation, complementing with interviews,observation method and so on. Giving comprehensive and detailed analysis of the District ofWeicheng city high grade primary school class management. While adhering to the principleof integrating theory with practice, here I put forward the countermeasure of problem focusedon three different aspects: first, the in-depth promotion of head teacher professionaldevelopment; second, realizing the democratic self-management from multi angle; third, the parties co-ordination, to remove the obstruction factors of class management.Every pupil is a living individual, and this tells us the class management must befocused on the special environment, following the law of Education. Although my researchresults gives out some solutions about high grade primary school class management, butbecause of the limit of own energy, finance and knowledge, coupled with the emergence ofendless new situations, the study itself definitly exists some shortcomings. I hope I canmake more progress in future.
