The inquiry of core accomplishment retrospective its origin is education.Because the research of core literacy is more directed at the lifelong development of students,and pedagogy is an important science to study the phenomena of education and reveal the law of education,psychology is the science of studying psychological phenomena and its regularity,so the theoretical basis of pedagogy and psychology is crucial to the research of core accomplishment.Based on the research results of pedagogy and psychology,combining with the reform of college entrance examination in our country,this paper tries to carry out a superficial study on the cultivation of adolescent core literacy in elementary education.Cultivating students ' core accomplishment is to cultivate students ' authentic competence."The authenticity of academic competence" and one-sided examination ability is different,it is not merely relying on the theoretical knowledge of learning can be formed,it needs through theoretical learning and practical exploration and other forms to work together.To cultivate students ' core accomplishment effectively,it also needs the change of curriculum content and classroom teaching mode.At present,the school in People's mind is the impression of knowledge transfer,and simple knowledge transfer has been difficult to adapt to today's rapid development of the era of knowledge of school personnel training requirements,and the simple learning knowledge cannot meet the students ' life-long learning requirements.Therefore,today's school,the task of cultivating talented people is more arduous,more serious responsibility,the urgent need to adapt to the development of the Times.Deepening the understanding of basic education reform,through the research and comparison of basic education at home and abroad,we can understand the requirements of elementary education to teachers and students,also can have a whole grasp of the current situation of basic education in China and the future development direction,and summarize and propose a series of reform proposals including the reform of college entrance examination and basic education reform.In 2014 of March,the Ministry of Education issued a view on the overall deepening of curriculum reform as the fundamental task of the morality of the tree.In this opinion,the Ministry of Education first put forward the concept of "core literacy",clearly pointed out that the development of students core literacy is a very critical task.Through theoretical exposition and personal analysis,integrating policies and implementation,this paper comprehensively analyzes the reform attempt of college entrance examination in Shanghai and Zhejiang,and probes into how to cultivate students ' core literacy in basic education in the current situation of college entrance examination.
