Research On The Fusion Of Chinese Traditional Sports And Chinese Native Enterprise Cultures

Under the background of global economic and cultural integration,strong western cultures permeate most developing countries.On the one hand,with the help of various media,western cultures have spread and taken root in China at a lighting speed.Along with the fierce collision,some excellent traditional cultures in China have vanished.National traditional sports,part of the Chinese traditional cultures,have also encountered the bottleneck of inheritance and development.As the representative of national traditional sports,the status of martial arts,dragon dance and lion dance have been swayed in China.The survival space of national traditional sports has been reduced unprecedentedly.Good "collective memory" and its attached value are gradually being forgotten.In such a grim situation,cultural inheritors take up the mission to break the deadlock,protect the outstanding traditional cultural heritages and seek social atmosphere suitable for national traditional sports.On the other hand,since the introduction of the enterprise cultures into China from 1980 s,some problems have appeared along with the development of native enterprise cultures.Without taking measures to develop their cultures according to local enterprises' geographical location and characteristics,most enterprises completely copied western corporate cultures while they ignored the absorption of outstanding traditional cultures.As a result,the absolute western cultures were unsuited for Chinese native enterprises.Therefore,it is beneficial to build native enterprise cultures with Chinese characteristics by fully absorbing the essences of valuable Chinese traditional cultures.The integration of Chinese traditional sports and native corporate cultures is a breakthrough of traditional sports in social heritage and development,which conforms to the development of native enterprise cultures and the heritage of Chinese excellent cultures.Meanwhile,it is the only way to achieve the traditional cultures' heritage in society and promote physical and mental health under the background of "Cultural China" and "Healthy China".This study,taking the integration of Chinese traditional sports and native corporate cultures as the research object and using research methods such as literature,logic analysis,observation and case analysis,focuses on the necessity,the feasibility,the guiding ideology and the path of integration of national traditional sports and native enterprise cultures,which provides suggestions for their mutual development.The results of the study:1.The integration of Chinese traditional sports and native corporate cultures is necessary.It is embodied in following three aspects,that is,the heritage and development need for national traditional sports;the chinization need for Chinese native corporate cultures and the need for cultural construction and healthy strategy in China.2.The integration of national traditional sports and native corporate cultures is feasible,which is determined by their inherent consistency and complementarity.Consistency is reflected in the pursuit of morality,excellence and cohesion.Complementarity is reflected in complementary construction between traditional sports and native corporate cultures in the healthy level,also reflected in the complementary construction between national traditional sports and chinesization of native corporate cultures in traditional cultural level.3.The guideline of the integration of national traditional sports and native corporate cultures is to implement the human-oriented core concept by using the policy documents as the guide and to promote cultural chinization construction by viewing cultural heritage as the responsibility.4.The path of integration of national traditional sports and native corporate cultures is to consolidate the foundation of enterprises' development based on employees' health;to build enterprises' core strength based on corporate cohesion;and to promote the development of Chinese cultures based on cultural heritage.
