At present,China's high level of women's cycling training and competition in one of the bottlenecks in the process of riding the body posture,center of gravity balance and lack of stability of the trunk.Studies have shown that the stability and coordination of the body during cycling can reduce unnecessary energy consumption and improve limb work efficiency.Through the core strength training,improve the core muscle function,to ensure that athletes with a more reasonable physical fitness,improve the body's ability to control and balance.In order to improve the level of athletic ability of Chinese women's cycling athletes,this paper adopts the methods of literature,observation,investigation and mathematical statistics,and uses the basic long-distance cycling team of women in our country.Theory of its preparation for the 2017 National Games physical training,focusing on the design of core strength training to study.The main conclusions are as follows:1?The basic exercise ability and the core strength diagnosis show that the core strength training for the basic athletic ability of athletes to promote the role,mainly in the stability,flexibility and balance and so on.2? Prepared in 2017 the National Games of the annual cycle can be divided into winter training period,the preparation period and pre-competition period of several stages.The overall goal for the current athletes in the physical,riding on the issue,through the core strength of the training to achieve the stability of athletes,synergy and balance of development.So as to the National Games as an important goal,through the National Stadium championship to meet the National Games points to participate in the road championship to enhance combat capability to start.3?Strength training is divided into basic core strength training and development of core strength training.Mainly through the steady and unstable under the static and dynamic exercises,free core strength exercises to achieve.Including static performance in steady state and unstable state,dynamic performance in steady state and unstable state,and free core strength exercises.4?The venue of the core strength of cycling athletes training mainly through the Swiss ball,elastic band,the combination of practice column.Mainly including the elbow stick straight line support,horizontal straight leg support,prone to lift the barbell and back bridge dumbbell birds,elastic band,one knee kneeling up swinging arm,body straight arm pull,squat arm pull Swivel,sitting posture outreach,pull pedal swing up and other means to develop the athlete's coordination,balance and stability.5?The venue cycling winter training period with large load,small and medium intensity,the preparation period and pre-season to strengthen the use of large load and high-intensity sports load rhythm mode.6?Henan Province,women's long-distance cycling team preparing for the 2017 National Games winter training period lasted 4 months,divided into four stages.The preparation period lasts four months from the general preparation period and the special preparation period,a total of four stages.Pre-competition period lasted for two months,divided into three stages.To the development of the core strength of athletes as the overall goal,through the basic stability,synergy and non-stable state of stability and synergy training to develop the athletes of the special strength of quality.
