In the 2017 government work report,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned the term "social work",pointing out that "promoting professional social work and volunteering development".The term "professional social work" has been written in the work report of the State Council for three consecutive years,the wording from "development,support to promote" evolution,which means that social workers in the social governance will have a broader stage,greater as a social work professionals show a strong demand.However,there are more than 200 universities in the country to set up social work majors,the annual social worker graduates of about 10000 people,but in fact only 10%-30% students chose the social work,others engaged in a considerable part of other industries.The fact that the "only smell staircase Stray" reflects the long-standing problem of the low professional identity of students.This research tries to take the course of study as the clue,dividing the undergraduate course of study into five phases,the pre-entrance stage,freshman year,sophomore year,Junior year,senior year,respectively carding each stage of professional identity and characteristics,as well as professional identification of how to develop and change,how the development process,the impact of professional identity development factors and mechanisms.The author adopts the method of qualitative research,selects the 10 undergraduate students with higher level of social work specialty in Z School,and researches the development course of professional identity through in-depth interviews and data analysis methods.Research findings:1.The professional cognitive status of undergraduate students has different characteristics in different grades,and will undergo a process of development and evolution: no cognition or cognitive blur ? cognitive ambiguity ? cognitive clarity ? cognitive stability slightly fluctuations in cognitive clarity.2.The professional identity of undergraduate students has a certain grade difference.In the freshman year,mainly manifested as cognitive identity,in the sophomore year,mainly manifested in cognitive identity and values identity;In the junior year,mainly manifested in the emotional identity and behavioral identity;in the senior year,the main performance of behavioral identity.3.In different school years,the factors influencing the development of professional identity vary.Before admission,is a professional low social popularity;in the freshman year,is pre-school,peer counseling programs,humane atmosphere,perceptual knowledge and so on;in the sophomore year,it is curriculum study,professional practice,self-growth,value matching,perceptual cognition and rational cognition,etc.The Junior school year mainly is the reality factor,the perceptual factor,etc.4,in different stages of study,the characteristics of professional identity is characterized by perceptual identity and rational identification.5.The choice of theoretical perspective throughout the development of professional identification process,the development of professional identity is actually the perceptual choice of rational regulation and rational choice of the unified process of perceptual adjustment.6.Empowerment is a key link in the development of professional identity and an important mechanism to influence the development of professional identity.7.There are some risk factors in the development of professional identity,mainly including the loss of professional role,the confusion and anxiety about professional skills,anxiety about the exhaustion of emotion and the Panic of employment prospects.
