As a social phenomenon that is different from the mainstream,homosexuality is influencing the dynamic university campus with its different thinking principles and behaviors,which has a great influence on contemporary college students.Among them,lesbian undergraduates have received more and more attention from scholars in their special status in psychological development and healthy growth.This study focuses on this particular group of lesbian college students,focusing on their mental health development status and focusing on this group's self-identity.At the same time,in accordance with the actual situation of this group,this article has found a questionnaire on the self-identification of the homosexual group of college students on the relevant forum website.The content of the questionnaire is very consistent with the research topic of this article.Through the survey results of the questionnaire,the author finds that the lesbian college students have self-identity barriers in their personal dimensions,interaction dimensions,and collective dimensions.Such groups lack a sense of belonging on these three important factors.Allowing lesbian college students to receive professional social work services can help this group to eliminate self-identity barriers.This article mainly applies the case of rational emotion therapy intervention lesbian college students group self-identification barriers.First of all,with the help of ABC theory,through the analysis of the questionnaires and specific data provided by the owner,the owner of the case has self-identity barriers in the three dimensions of personal,interactive,and collective,and finds hidden irrational beliefs.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the irrational beliefs of the client,using case service intervention,this paper set up six talks and applied many techniques of the model to talk with the client.For example: empathy,self-disclosure,debate,role-playing,reaction and other skills;in the case of the case of the case,to help and guide the owner to identify irrational beliefs,and then intervene.Finally,the author found through research that these six talks were very effective.This article has reached the following conclusions through research: First,having a positive and optimistic attitude is a basic requirement for a social worker in a rational emotional therapy model.When the case's owner creates self-identification hurdles for his homosexuality,it is very appropriate to combine many practical skills in this mode.Secondly,using this model to provide case-based intervention services to the case holders,and to use corresponding techniques according to the specific circumstances of the case holders,such as using debating techniques to debate with the owner's absolute irrational New Year,and self-disclosure techniques to enable the author and the case.The Lord establishes professional relationships,role-playing skills and role-player conversions,and responds to sensory skills.Using these professional skills in the model,combined with the scientific service methods of social workers,helps and guides the owner to recognize his unreasonable negative emotions.As well as his own irrational beliefs,this is also a self-help aid conveyed by social work.
