This is what career planning education requires.Based on the relevant theories of career planning,this paper deeply interprets the connotations of education in career planning.According to current situation of the countryside junior high school entrance,I take W county of Guizhou as an example.With a large number of investigation,I believe that junior high school in the countryside carry out the career planning education has important practical significance.After effective education,it not only could guide and help the junior high school students to set up the correct professional ideals and professional values but also promote the students to learn all kinds of basic subject knowledge.Especially,It is helpful to guide them to choose the correct learning channel.When they have a chance to choose a reasonable growth path,it means they have a chance to choose the right career path and reduce career changing.It is the foundation to promote the happiness of individual life,even to promote local economic development and social harmony.So I put forward the strategy of carrying out the career planning education in rural junior high school students.It helps them to understand their own minds,the occupation and the relationship between education and occupation.At the same time,It is also useful to cultivate students' study and employment decision-making ability.That is to say,as the curriculum goal,it could develop students draw the correct outlook on life and career choice.The way of implementing curriculum education will lay the solid foundation for students' future career development and career happiness.
