The purpose of the quality education reform is to promote students' all round development in our country.Senior high school study is a very important period of the students.To Better adjust to our quality education reform the requirement,It is with great significance to develop a quality education reform in senior high school study.Most rural high-school students can only choose to register for higher vocational colleges or directly employment,Therefore,the rural senior high school students need to have a clear understanding of themselves as early as possible,make a good preparation for career planning,establish the correct value,clear the direction of development.Based on empirical surveys and deep interviews,this research found that currently,due to a lack of knowledge of career planning,these rural senior high school students come across some problems,like,making a blind application,having an unclear self-recognition and lacking the sense of self-planning.To have a better understanding of the current education situation of rural senior high school students,this research selected three rural senior high schools as the research object.According to the research findings and interview analysis,at present,there are three contradictions of current rural high-school students career-planning education,which are the cosmetic recognition and lag action of school leaders and teachers,the eager of students to achieve this part of education and the insufficiency of relevant subjects settings,and the desire to achieve their goals but in reality,lacking of self-planning.By analysis,the main reasons to impede career planning education in rural senior high schools are that insufficient supportive laws and resources of the Education Administrative Department,weak consciousness and out of resources of schools,less information channels and practical field bases of rural areas,rough understanding and poor education effects of rural families,and insufficient awareness as well as ability of rural senior high school students.In view of the existing problems and the reasons of moving the rural career planning education forward,this research is about to make a Optimization path and countermeasure by focusing on the following five aspects:Education Administration Department,schools,rural social environment,families and students.
