According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards,many educators carry out different levels of practice of cooperative learning for the desire of improving teaching quality,and play a role in improving the quality of education and teaching.However,some problems and shortcomings have also been found in practice.The purpose of this study is to promote the realization of three-dimensional teaching objectives better,to improve students' ability to learn independently,to create a good classroom atmosphere and to establish a harmonious Teacher-student relationship,improve the team's cooperative learning to the teaching effectiveness,improve teaching quality.First of all,Concept by comparing the relevant research at home and abroad,summed up the concept of group cooperative learning,at the same time on the basis of the theory described in this article.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and the interviews to carry on the empirical investigation to the current situation of the cooperative learning of the three grades of junior middle school in the second experimental middle school of Rongcheng City,and uses SPSS19.0 to deal with the related data.First of all,the frequency of the results of the questionnaire survey,the purpose is to Rongcheng Second Experimental Middle School Ideological and Moral Class Cooperative Learning status of the implementation of the first overall grasp.Through the frequency analysis presents the overall distribution of statistical data describing the characteristics of variables to understand the situation.Through questionnaire and related data analysis,we can find out the problems in junior middle school ideological and moral group's cooperative learning,which are mainly divided into: the lack of awareness of team cooperation between teachers and students;the lack of value of curriculum development for group cooperation learning The lack of detailed instructional design for group cooperative learning,the lack of interaction among group cooperative learning and the lack of scientific evaluation system for group cooperative learning.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the cooperative learning of junior middle school ideological and moral group,which mainly includes four parts: teaching preparation strategy,interactive teachingstrategy,teaching design strategy and teaching evaluation strategy.The first is cooperative learning teaching preparation strategy,which can be divided into cultivation strategy of cooperation awareness,cooperative learning grouping strategy,cooperative learning curriculum resources development strategy;secondly,cooperative learning interaction strategy can be divided into cooperative learning life and life interaction strategy,cooperative learning Teacher-student interaction strategy;the third is the cooperative learning teaching evaluation strategy can be divided into incentives for the purpose of evaluation,scientific evaluation criteria,evaluation of cooperative learning a few simple ways.Finally,this paper studies the concrete application of group cooperative learning in junior high school ideological and moral lessons,and summarizes the important role of group cooperative learning from the three-dimensional goals of teaching,students' motivation and the relationship between teachers and students.Through teaching reflection,it is found that group cooperative learning can be beneficial to realizing the "three-dimensional goal" of ideological and moral teaching better,promoting students' autonomous learning and exploring learning,helping to activate the classroom atmosphere and establishing a good relationship between teachers and students.
