Nowadays,the society is developing rapidly.At this stage,it is in the critical period of deepening reform.Our country advocates innovation-driven development,cooperation,opening-up and win-win situation.Education should keep up with the pace of the times.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,education and teaching also put forward new teaching methods on the basis of traditional teaching methods,which conforms to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and promotes the implementation of the new curriculum reform.The purpose of this paper is to introduce group cooperative learning into the ideological and moral classroom in light of the characteristics of Ideological and moral disciplines in junior middle schools and the actual situation of teaching.The introduction of this method is conducive to expanding the development of Ideological and moral disciplines in junior middle schools.At the same time,it injects fresh blood into the teaching theory of Ideological and moral disciplines,as well as advances in the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform and the development of quality education.It provides a strong basis.This paper makes a systematic study and analysis of the effect of group cooperative learning in junior high school ideological and moral lessons through literature,interviews,questionnaires and observation.The result of the study is that the application of group cooperative learning in the ideological and moral classroom of junior high school can improve students' learning motivation.Teachers can promote the cooperation and communication between students and students,develop students' ability to solve problems,enable students to learn the skills of interpersonal communication,enhance the feelings between teachers and students,improve the efficiency of students' learning,and successfully accomplish the teaching objectives.However,there are still some problems in the application of group cooperative learning in Ideological and moral lessons,such as: students' cooperative awareness and ability of group cooperative learning is not strong;teachers' teaching quality needs to be improved,teaching environment needs to be improved,and so on.The countermeasures to solve the problems are proposed:(1)We should create a good atmosphere for students to learn in groups,guide them to transition from independent learning to cooperative learning in groups,enhance students' awareness of learning knowledge actively,and cultivate students' abilities.(2)Teachers should often participate in disciplinary research activities,professional and technical training activities,improve their education and teaching literacy,and better understand themselves and students.In addition,teachers should eliminate job burnout and treat their teaching work with enthusiasm and fullness.Teachers should also eliminate the halo effect on students.They should not think that students with good academic performance are good in all aspects and students with poor academic performance are worthless.They should treat every student fairly and set a good example for students.(3)Educational administrators in schools should actively introduce and update hardware facilities,increase investment in human,material and financial resources,and provide basic guarantee for the smooth development of group cooperative learning.In the process of implementing group cooperative learning,educational managers should adhere to the concept of quality education,follow the educational law,create a good teaching environment for group cooperative learning,and develop a sustainable and feasible scheme for group cooperative learning.
