With the further exploration of the new curriculum reform,the author found that the teaching quality and level of teachers are becoming more and more high,the traditional teaching mode of a single relationship between teachers and students need to be changed.At present,in the junior middle school ideological and moral teaching is vigorously advocating "independent,cooperative,inquiry" learning,which has become the direction of innovation in the teaching of Ideological and moral course in junior high school.Group cooperative learning as one of the three learning methods,can be combined with independent learning,inquiry learning,to improve the process of classroom teaching.The school actively explore and practice of cooperative learning in the ideological and moral lessons,and gained some experience,found some problems,based on Cooperative Learning Theory in the investigation and interviews and summarizes the achievements,problems and reason analysis,and put forward the countermeasures.Paper is divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of the group cooperative learning.The definition of cooperative learning at home and abroad through the concept and analysis of theory of cooperative learning,and take the C middle school ideological and moral class as an example,introduces the implementation of the specific content of group cooperative learning,then draws a preliminary conclusion that cooperative in moral lessons in junior high school learning significance.The second part is the investigation of the effect of group cooperative learning in junior middle school ideological and moral course.Through the questionnaire survey on students and the ideological and moral teachers were interviewed,and the survey results of questionnaires and interviews for data collection and analysis,the students' interest in learning,classroom participation,cooperation consciousness,language expression,logical thinking ability of self-study and improve the conclusion,the orientation of teachers' roles of teachers and students,teaching ideas accurately open,work achievement enhancement conclusion.The third part is the problems and reasons of the group cooperative learning in the application of Ideological and moral course in junior middle school.Based on the questionnaires and interviews of students and teachers,the students participate in the unequal opportunity and team structure is not reasonable and the preparation work is not in place,the use of cooperative learning,generalization,formal evaluation of teachers' professional quality degradation,quality and examination of the contradictory conclusions.Summarize the problems in one step backward induction,mainly from four aspects: social reasons,school reasons,teachers' reasons and students' reasons.The fourth part is to improve the effectiveness of the group cooperative learning strategy research.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems of the students and teachers.
