A Study On Career Management Of Children English Training Teachers In Handan

Career management is a very important part of employees' human resources management.The good career management can help to realize the win-win situation between individuals and the organization.According to career management,the individual can know very well about their advantages and disadvantages.Then through platform and methods providing by the organization,the individual can bring about self-career development.From the management of employees' career,the organization can get individual's developing plan and intention.Considering the above information,the organization can design their tasks more reasonable,which can improve individual's working efficiency and employee loyalty meanwhile decrease the management cost on employing.The good career management is very meaningful on improving individual's job satisfaction and life quality,on improving training schools' efficiency of human management,on enriching the meanings of human management and development.Taking the teachers of children English training school as the object of study,this thesis will conduct investigation and interview to master the condition of children English training teachers' career planning and management.The thesis found out the following problems.About the individual,the problems include teachers having high working instability,poor sense and low ability on self-career management,lacking job objectives and relying too much on the organization.As for the organizations,the problems include that the organizations do not pay enough attention,know very little about individual's career plan,have very limited and unfair improving opportunities etc..From the views of individual and organization,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors on children English training teachers' career management.On the basis of some related theories of motivation,this thesis proposes some suggestions to deal with the problems in children English training teachers' career management.
