A hundred years' policy for a nation is based on education;while education is based on teachers.With the development of basic education curriculum reform and quality education,a group of professional teachers who have noble ethics,skilled teaching and high quality are needed.Ordinary high school new Chinese teachers are a unique group of high school teachers.The level of the ability of classroom teaching is related not only to the talents' training quality of the ordinary high schools,but also to the new Chinese teachers,the teachers' professional attitudes.As the new round of the reform of national college entrance examination is carried out entirely,Chinese teaching in high school has been promoted to a new level again,inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.General high school Chinese teachers' classroom teaching ability will also draw the people's attention.This thesis,which is about ordinary high school new Chinese teacher classroom teaching ability training,consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,respectively discussing the research background,the significance,the purpose,contents,definitions of the related concepts,and the analysis of the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter-the investigation and analysis of the new Chinese teachers'classroom teaching ability in ordinary high schools,respectively discusses the basic situation of the survey,results of the survey and reasons of formation.The third chapter,the structure construction of the new Chinese teachers' classroom teaching ability in ordinary high schools,respectively discusses three aspects which are the beginning ability,the ability to transition and the target ability to construct index system.The fourth chapter,training strategy of the new Chinese teachers' teaching ability in ordinary high school,discusses.new Chinese teachers' teaching ability training strategy which includes the new hired Chinese teachers,ordinary high schools,local education departments and teachers colleges.This thesis studies the relevant theory of the classroom teaching ability,structure and developing strategies,and advances the new of general high school Chinese teacher classroom teaching ability structure model based on this,in order to provide the theoretical reference for the new Chinese teachers individuals and then the theory of improving teachers' personal accomplishment.At the same time,in the concrete practice level,this paper also puts forward the strategies of cultivating the ability of language classroom teaching,provides the guidance for new Chinese teachers,as well as provides some reference for ordinary high schools and the local education departments of normal universities and teachers' colleges.
