An Investigation And Strategic Research On The Construction Of Teaching And Research Groups In Middle Schools

The Teaching & Research Group is an important fundamental organization for education.Whether its establishment is successful or not,does not just determine the qualities of a certain school or some subject,but also the success of the whole Education & Teaching reform.Now,in the process of the construction of Teaching & Research Groups exist many problems,which is an important aspect of optimizing the current national educational reform.Traditional Teaching and Research Groups do not play an important role fully,only to exert its function of transmitting orders,whose administrative color is relatively strong.In the process of its performance,its function is merely in the form of a physical organization.It does not pay much more attention to academic research and teacher's professional development.Many schools are not concerned about how to build the Teaching and Research Group,even blindly.Instead,the construction of the Teaching and Research Group emphasizes the students' performances and the comparison between teachers.Therefore,Schools must strengthen the construction of Teaching & Research Groups and improve its function to the fullest.In this thesis,A middle school in Chengdu is taken as a sample case.According to Teaching & Research Group related theories and academic achievements at home and abroad,as well as shared goals for Teaching & Research Groups,scientific and standardized management of Teaching and Research Groups,its abilities of carrying out activities,learning atmosphere,its teamwork and cooperation,including a personnel structure & reasonable teaching and research team,the questionnaires and interviewing outlines are designed to make a survey of the construction of Teaching and Research Group in A Middle School,knowing some truth from six aspects.At the same time,the thesis will analyze the problems about its process to come up with some practical solutions and suggestions,in other words,building common visions and goals of Teaching and Research Groups,improving the associated requirements and regulations,organizing effective teaching and research activities,creating a strong learning atmosphere,and training & optimizing the human resources allocation of Teaching and Research Groups.
