Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,and improve the teaching level is the lifeline of vocational colleges,but also the top priority of higher vocational education.The comprehensive evaluation system of teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important guarantee to improve teaching quality.Domestic vocational colleges have been studying the comprehensive evaluation system for many years and have gained rich theoretical results.However,with the further emphasis on higher vocational education,the problems in the comprehensive evaluation system of higher vocational colleges have been gradually expanded,which has seriously affected the development of higher vocational colleges,and it is urgent to optimize the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching.To this end,this article to a vocational college teaching comprehensive evaluation system as an example,analysis of its comprehensive evaluation of teaching system and its optimization.The article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research contents and methods.The second part is the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching in higher vocational colleges.This part first defines the related concepts of the comprehensive evaluation system of teaching in higher vocational colleges.According to the purpose of the comprehensive evaluation system,the principle of the evaluation system is given,and the content of the comprehensive evaluation system of higher vocational colleges is expounded,which provides the basis for the later research.The third part takes a comprehensive evaluation system of a vocational college as an example,introduces the situation of higher vocational colleges and the composition and weight of comprehensive evaluation system.This paper analyzes the comprehensive evaluation system of a vocational college,and points out that there are some problems such as unreasonable evaluation index,insufficient index refinement and unreasonable weight.In the fourth part,according to the problems existing in the teaching evaluation system of higher vocational colleges,the teaching evaluation indexes of higher vocational colleges are reestablished,and the original secondary evaluation indexes are refined into three evaluation indexes.Using AHP method,the use of experts to determine the status of indicators,the weight of indicators at all levels to re-determine,give a more reasonable weight,to develop a more reasonable vocational teaching evaluation system.
