Research On The Interaction Of University Sports Associations And Community Sports

Today,the quality of life of people with the development of science and technology more and more high,people pay more and more attention to the health of the body exercise,sports gradually become civilians,into the community more and more,but with more and more people to participate in community sports,community sports is difficult to meet the demand of the community sports needs other sports resources to supplement,so we need to achieve the campus sports and Community Sports Interactive Development trend.The research on the current situation of Jiangxi province Xinyu University sports associations and community sports interaction as the research object,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,to investigate the existence of the interaction process,and puts forward some suggestions,provide some reference for the interaction of high school sports and community sports.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the understanding of resource sharing is also insufficient,college sports resources are generally higher than the surrounding community to be rich,there is a big imbalance between university resources sharing consciousness problems undoubtedly deepen this kind of situation.(2)overall,between the communities of Xinyu city and the University Sports Interactive needs of sports resources is still relatively scarce,lack of space equipment,the lack of funds has seriously restricted the university sports and Community Sports Interactive development.(3)college teaching content and community sports disjointed,hindering interaction smoothly,colleges and universities in the teaching and training ways of single project is simple,lack of practical training,thus forming a number of obstacles for the interaction of university sports associations and community sports.(4)lack of interaction in sports talent,relying on the sports associations of the students is not enough,and have advanced comprehensive sports skills sports instructors are lack of sports instructors,most are based on previous experience and the accumulation of physical fitness of the residents of the community sports guidance,deal with community sports and college sports interaction so difficult the problems in the comprehensive.Xinyu city college sports and community sports interactive development,has the following suggestions:establishing relevant standard rules and regulations,to guide the college sports to the community sports talent and technology output and social forces to the output of funds,to enhance the interaction between the two.Relevant departments need to develop appropriate guidance policies and safeguards.Adhere to the interactive mechanism of the program:Open University,community maintenance,university organizations,community advocacy,college guidance,community acceptance.Establish a mechanism for evaluation and supervision,escort for the interaction between the two.
