| This paper investigates the reliability and validity of the measurement tools of Taiwan scholar Zhang Zaiyu(2009)"University Physical Education Teachers’ Faith",and conducts a questionnaire survey on 114 physical education teachers in 10 higher vocational colleges in Fuzhou.The statistical analysis shows the conclusions: 1.Taiwan scholar Zhang Liangyu(2009)The "University Physical Education Teachers’ Teaching Belief" has good reliability and effectiveness,and can be used to test physical education teachers in vocational colleges in China’s mainland.2.Physical education teachers in vocational colleges in Fuzhou have superior teaching belief characteristics.3.Physical education teachers of higher vocational colleges in different ages and different ages have not reached significant differences in overall teaching beliefs and five levels.4.The overall teaching belief of physical education teachers with a teaching period of more than 20 years is better than the teaching period.Physical education teacher for 11-15 years.Physical education teachers with a teaching period of more than 20 years are better than physical education teachers with a teaching period of 6-10 years;physical education teachers with a teaching period of more than 20 years are better than 11-15 years.5.Physical education teachers with university education are better than those with physical education at the level of teacher competence.6.Whether the physical education teachers who graduated from normal colleges have not reached significant differences in their teaching beliefs.7.Physical education teachers with different positions have significant differences in teaching ability and teacher-student relationship.On the level of teacher competence,the physical education teacher who is the sports leader is better than the physical education teacher who does not hold the position.In the teacher-student relationship,physical education teachers who do not hold positions are better than physical education teachers who are sports leaders. |
