Study On Effective Factors Of Internet-based Exercise Promotion

The study developed the questionnaire of the factor of Internet-based Exercise on the basic of smart wearable device users such as exercise software,wristband and so on.This study followed the standardized procedure of psychological scale,combined qualitative and quantitative research to test the effective factor of Internet-based Exercise.Secondly,the factor of Internet-based Exercise and user exercise adherence were analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn from this study.(1)The influencing factors of Internet-based Exercise include keeping the interaction,learning from the demonstration,personalized feedback and behavior supervision.The developed questionnaire was proved to be a useful tool to measure the factor of Internet-based Exercise.(2)Personalized feedback has the greatest effect,behavior supervision has large individual difference.The average factor from big to small in order:personalized feedback,learning from the demonstration,keeping the interaction,behavior supervision.Through the difference analysis,this study explored the characteristics of the factor of Internet-based Exercise.Keeping the interaction,learning from the demonstration,personalized feedback,behavior supervision have no significant differences in gender.Keeping the interaction,learning from the demonstration,personalized feedback have significant difference in different ages or education but behavior supervision.Learning from the demonstration and personalized feedback have no significant difference in different total time spent but keeping the interaction has.Behavior supervision was highly significant differences in different total time spent.(3)Through the difference analysis,this study explored the characteristics of the user exercise adherence.The analysis of the three dimensions of exercise adherence showed that user exercise adherence,effort investment and behavior habits had highly significant differences in gender.Exercise adherence,effort investment,emotional experience and behavior habits in different educations had no significant difference.(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed keeping the interaction,learning from the demonstration,personalized feedback,behavior supervision and the factor of Internet-based Exercise had significant positive correlation between effort investment,emotional experience,behavior habits and exercise adherence score.(5)In the premise of controlling other variables,multiple regression analysis results showed that the impact of effort investment from top to behavior supervision,keeping the interaction,personalized feedback,learning from the demonstration,gender,education,and they were all positive predictive.The impact of emotional experience from top to personalized feedback,keeping the interaction,behavior supervision,gender,learning from the demonstration,education,and they were all positive predictive.The impact of behavior habits from top to behavior supervision,keeping the interaction,gender,learning from the demonstration,personalized feedback,education,and they were all positive predictive except education.
