The Trend of the international education reform in the 21 st century is the attention to the cultivation of students' core accomplishment,to help them in the context of globalization and the information age,to meet the requirements of the future society and to promote the lifelong learning and all-round development.Combined the cultivation of the junior middle school students' art core accomplishment and the new curriculum reform of our country's goals,we can find the new concept of reform of basic education courses is updated.That is to change strategies and methods of evaluation of learning and change,to emphasize the development of students' exchanges and cooperation and to gather information,problem-solving abilities,critical thinking ability and creative ability.The school art education focuses on the art and the culture and the social relations,the art club of the school curriculum development came into being.It is the national,local,enrichment and development of the school curriculum.It is the need of quality-oriented education and school development,and community courses are on the cultivation of students ' participation,cooperation.Its most significant revelation was learning objectives and methods change.This thesis is on the basis of the existing school-based curriculum development in Zhengzhou A Middle School.Through the questionnaires and teacher interviews,the author found that in this school,the problems and the insufficiency of the art club of school-based curriculum development and implementation are mainly reflected in four aspects: The classes of the art school-based curriculum are not enough;The content of the textbook is not rich enough;The students' main role is not adequate;The ability of teachers' curriculum development is weak.The cause of these weaknesses are mainly that the recognition level and heavy diopter of the art school-based curriculum are not quite tall,the community curriculum management and execution is not strict,the development and utilization of the curriculum resources is insufficient,as well as the evaluation and incentive system of teachers' participation in curriculum development is imperfect,and so on.In order to solve the above problems and the insufficiency and promote the development of the art club of the school-based curriculum not only in Zhengzhou A Middle School but also in the junior high school in the whole country,through comparing with the development of school-based curriculum in middle school of fine arts in other cities and provinces,the author puts forward four suggestions: to increase the art club of the school-based curriculum scheduling;to enrich the contents of textbooks;to let the students play the main role of learning;to strengthen teachers' curriculum training.The future education will pay more attention to students' humanity quality improvement so that the students will adapt to the changes in education and make it more meet the needs of our country under the background of new curriculum reform in art teaching.We need to continue to summarize the experience of the art club of the school-based curriculum in junior high school,from the school level and overall development of the arts to explore the art club,emphasis from the teachers' curriculum development capacity-building,standard community school-based teaching research and community activities to "project course" teaching mode in a bid.We can find new ways to lead the common development of the art club of the school-based curriculum of the junior high school,form a scientific art club of the school-based curriculum development system.
