It's unknown that how much surprise that the future development of the Internet will bring to us,but it's acceptable that the Internet has completely integrated into people's working learning and life.People can't live without the Internet.In this unprecedented era,it is impossible for us to teach students according to traditional educational concepts and modes of Education.The interaction between teachers and students has many fundamental changes--from the previous pure real world to the reality and the virtual world simultaneously,from the previous off-line to the off-line and on-line communication at the same time.In the past,the main communication between teachers and students was in class,and now they communicate in class and out of class on internet.In a word,the Internet is promoting the reform of the traditional education model,and is changing the traditional ideas of education.In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the increasingly fierce competition,changes in family structure,interpersonal human feelings are increasingly weak.All of these have resulted in the growth of people's work pressure.Meanwhile,mental diseases are also becoming more and more common.As a member of the society,teachers also have psychological pressure and mental health problems.With the deepening of the reform of basic education,the acceleration of knowledge updating in modern society and the intensification of talent competition,the psychological pressure and adjustment of teachers,especially junior high school teachers,have caused widespread concern in education.Education is related to the future development of the country,and teachers play an important role in the whole education.Teachers are important people in students' mind.They are students' models and examples.So teachers have the incomparable influence on students.Only mentally healthy teachers can cultivate mentally healthy students.Therefore,to cultivate a healthy next generation,it is a necessary condition to maintain the mental health of teachers.It is of academic significance and practical value to study the psychological pressure and adjustment problems of junior high school teacher group.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the theories and methods of psychological pressure adjustments of teachers both at home and abroad,286 teachers from Branch School of Yantai * High School and other three junior high schoolsaround the area were selected as research subjects,and 278 questionnaires were collected.The data were analyzed statistically.The results of this study include the following:An analysis of the current situation of the junior high school teachers' psychological pressure: From the overall analysis:the percentage of junior high school teachers who feel the pressure is relatively large has been close to 80%;From the group differences analysis: gender,marital status,educational background,school type,teaching experience,teaching subjects and so on have a great influence on teachers' psychological pressure;An analysis of the sources of the junior high school teachers' psychological pressure including: low wages,poor working conditions;heavy workload,too many various tests,evaluation linked with examination results,the relationship between colleagues and leadership relationship management are too complex;too small self development space etc.A study on the adjustment of junior high school teachers' psychological pressure: teachers should adjust the subjective perception,improve the ability to adapt to pressure;School administrators should keep abreast of teachers' satisfaction with their work,provide teachers with a good working environment and development opportunities;The higher education administrative departments should keep up with supporting policies,systems and other reforms,carry out educational action researches,establish "teacher center" and other teacher organizations,carry out technical training on teacher stress management.
