| With the iterative upgrading of Internet technology,the education field is also ushering in a new trend,"Internet plus education".The Internet not only changes the teaching mode and learning methods of education,but also impacts the traditional educational concepts and culture.It provides teachers with new development opportunities and at the same time brings greater challenges and pressures to teachers.Educational informatization continues to deepen,the pace of teachers’ work is accelerating,and new changes in professional pressure have also appeared.Primary education is the foundation of education,and its importance is self-evident.Overload pressure not only affects the personal physical and mental health of primary school teachers and the construction of the teaching team,but also is not conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of my country’s education.This article combines the occupational stress experience of primary school teachers under the Internet background,and designs the questionnaire needed for this research,including six dimensions of workload,social status and welfare benefits,student factors,school management,career development,and interpersonal relationships.Through analyzing and discussing the current situation and influencing factors of teachers’ occupational stress in three primary schools in Qingdao West Coast New District,relevant countermeasures are put forward.Through the questionnaire survey,the following conclusions are drawn: in the context of the Internet,about three-quarters of the subjects believe that the profession of teacher is more or more stressful.The main influencing factors that cause teachers’ professional pressure are workload,social status and welfare benefits,student factors,and school management,while the professional pressure caused by interpersonal relationships and professional development is relatively small.In the interpersonal relationship dimension,the professional pressure of teachers caused by the relationship between parents is relatively high,indicating that the current relationship between teachers and parents is relatively tense.The professional pressure of head teachers is higher than that of non-head teachers.The professional pressure of teachers in examination subjects is higher than that of teachers in non-examination subjects.Based on the research results,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the professional pressure of teachers from the three perspectives of society,schools and education administration departments,and teachers themselves:The society establishes reasonable social expectations and promotes the traditional virtues of respecting teachers;and earnestly guarantees teachers’ salary and welfare.The education administration department streamlines various supervision and inspection activities to reduce non-teaching burden;School administrators establish a sense of service and actively listen to teachers’ suggestions;Establish diversified teacher evaluation standards;Arrange teachers’ work reasonably and safeguard teachers’ rights and interests;Establish specialized business positions.Teachers improve their information literacy;Do a good job of emotional management and maintain a good attitude;Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships;strengthen physical exercise,learn to self-regulate and relax. |
