Core attainments are the most important part of the academic competencies,while the key academic competencies have to be implemented via teaching.At present,China's high school chemistry teaching,knowledge transfer has become the absolute goal of classroom teaching.Teachers usually use a fixed pattern to teach the original rich and colorful knowledge,and with the exercises simple and mechanically to students over and over again to strengthen training.In this class,the teacher becomes the master of the classroom,the student becomes the passive recipient of the knowledge,the student's initiative was suppressed.The problem of the chemistry teaching in high school,especially organic chemistry,has been focused on how to cultivate and achieve the key competencies in the teaching.Therefore in order to cultivate talents,lecturers are trying to explore the education transformation for better development of the chemistry teaching competencies.This paper studies the methods to achieve the key competencies in chemistry teaching.Under the guidance of constructivism and humanism theories,the learning community was constructed,chemical scenes were created,class activities and teaching unit were designed.Six specific teaching designs have showed how to carry out the key subject competencies in organic chemistry teaching,which also developed core literacy of students.The research design has been tested in real-life teaching.Both classroom observation and in-depth teaching evaluation were carried out.The performances were collected from the student individual interviews and questionnaire survey.Eventually,the analyses of the data of questionnaire investigation were concluded.This paper summarizes the teaching strategy for high school chemistry teaching.It meets the requirements of key competencies that can provide reference method.
