The high school ideological and political course is a humanities and social science with Marxism-Leninism as the main part.It includes philosophy,political science,economics,culture and so on.High school students are bored and bored in the process of studying ideology and politics.The study of the phenomenon and causes of high school students' learning burnout in the ideological and political course is helpful to alleviate the high school students' learning burnout,make them happy and take the initiative to study,and help them to pass through the high school stage smoothly.Through the analysis of the problems and influencing factors of the students' learning burnout in Yining senior high school,the characteristics of the high school students' learning burnout are obtained,and the countermeasures are put forward to alleviate the high school students' ideological and political learning burnout.Through the comparative analysis of the current situation of learning burnout,the author concludes that the characteristics of ideological and political learning burnout of high school students are: 1.High school students' ideological and political existence of a certain degree of learning burnout.From the gender analysis,it is found that the degree of learning burnout of boys is higher than that of girls.In grade analysis,the degree of emotional exhaustion was higher in sophomore students than in senior three students,the degree of low efficacy in freshmen was higher than that in sophomores,and the degree of low efficacy in sophomore students was higher than that in senior three students,and the degree of behavior misconduct in senior one students was higher than that in senior three students.The degree of behavior misconduct of senior two students is higher than that of senior three students.In different ethnic groups,there is no significant difference in each dimension.5.5.In grades,etc.In grade,students with poor grades were found to be higher in each dimension than others.By analyzing the problems and influencing factors of high school students' ideological and political learning burnout,it is clear that the characteristics of high school students' learning burnout are: 1.Lack of motivation,learning interest is not high,learning attitude is not correct,lack of initiative 2.The teacher factor is the teacher's attitude towards the students,the single teaching method,the lack of professional knowledge,the problems existing in the curriculum of the school factor and the need for further strengthening of the teachers' strength in the school.Based on the comparative analysis of the above problems and reasons,the author puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the learning burnout of high school students in ideological and political classes: firstly,students should change their attitude towards learning ideology and politics,secondly,they should help to improve their sense of self-efficacy.And to stimulate high school students in the ideological and political course of the intrinsic learning motivation.Teachers should have rich professional knowledge and scientific research ability,carry out humanistic consciousness and rich teaching methods in ideological and political courses,and schools should arrange courses reasonably and strengthen the construction of professional teachers' force.
